Products are sent using Courier Center within 1-3 business days for Attiki and 2-5 business days for non Attiki areas.

For orders over € 120 the shipping cost is free.

For orders under € 120 the shipping cost is € 4.00 (including 24% VAT).

OUTSIDE GREECE

European Union

Products are sent using ELTA HELLENIC POST within 2-7 business days.

The shipping cost is € 15.00 (including 24% VAT).

International Orders

Products are sent using ELTA HELLENIC POST within 4-10 business days.

The shipping cost is € 25.00 (including 24% VAT).

* Extra charges may occur due to customs duties, customs clearance, duties, the exchange rate, or other particularities associated with each country, for which our company bears no responsibility.

** For international orders (including EU & USA) there is an expected delay due to COVID-19 up to 1 month.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

• Cash refunds apply only to non-discounted items.

• Cash refunds do not apply to purchases or pickups made in-store.

• In the case of an exchange, you may:

  • Exchange the item immediately for another product, or

  • Receive store credit, valid for 20 days from the date of issue.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and the original receiptincluded.

• Before returning or exchanging an item, please contact us by email or telephone.

• After contacting us, you may return your parcel using any courier service of your choice, at your own expense. A tracking number is required for the return to be accepted.
  Alternatively, you may use the same courier that delivered your order. In this case, we will handle the return shipping and deduct the return cost from your refund or store credit.
  Please note that we are not responsible for returned parcels until they are successfully received by us.
