- Returns are eligible within 14 days of receiving your parcel. 

- Cash refund applies to non-discounted items. 

- Cash refunds do not apply to purchases or pick up from store items. 

- In case of exchange an item can be exchanged immediately for another item or for store credit which is valid for 20 days 

- For the exchange/return of your item it must be in mint condition as received with all tags attached and receipts included. 

- In case of exchange/return you must contact us via email or telephone beforehand. 

- Once contact has been made, the parcel is sent back to us with any courier you want (the fee of this is upon the customer) as long as there is an available tracking number. Until the parcel reaches us, we can accept no responsibility.
